I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Henderson, NV) in June 2022
Interview
I walked in and was greeted so positively and the interview was so easy going and felt good speaking to who was interviewing me, she was professional and easy going. The interview was about 15-20 minutes but went by very fast. I honestly had a fun interview, I was excited to be there so I think that played into it.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Q: Why Canes out of all places?
Q: What are your best qualities and things you could improve?
Q: Tell me about yourself?
Q: When are you available?
Q: Do you have any questions for me?
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
