I applied online. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Apple Valley, MN) in Sept 2022
Interview
The interview process made me very comfortable and excited for the opportunity. My interviewer asked me about previous work, my personality, goals, 5 year plan , and things like what motivates me. All great questions in my opinion.

Interview process is easy. You start with a phone interview typically. Then a video interview then an in person interview. Everyone is super super nice. (That’s your red flag) The company as a whole is great and the concept even better. The culture is amazing however do not expect any honesty brought to the table during the interview process. You will be told what you want to hear and sold a dream to get you in the door.
