Very laid back and easy going with few questions the, RL in Ceder Falls hired me on the spot and stated he wanted me on his team. Which then I was promoted twice which then led me to Des Moines.

long process but easy questions, had to go through 4 interviews before I was offered the position and was sent to train out of state in utah. asked me questions about my management style, stress levels, and how my past experiences as a shift leader were.

Sit down interview and restaurant tour. Was given the history of the company and a list of ways they are different from other companies in the industry. More focused on having fun while getting work done and being much more focused on training new employees.
