It was very formal and straightforward. The person that interviewed me took a lot of pride in her job. She knew I was an employee reference and asked how would work be for us two since we know each other. To which I replied it would be no issue

Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
