I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Raksul (Bengaluru) in Oct 2023
Interview
Total waste of time! Don't even bother entertaining these folks for an interview. They took 4 interviews, 2 virtual and 2 face to face over a span of 2 months. Then they just ghosted for v. long duration, and after following up multiple times, got a message from the 3rd party recruitment firm guy, that they rejected due to lack of exposure to some technology. Wait what? I precisely mentioned my tech skills in my resume. And it took them 4 rounds of discussion to identify that, this shows the inefficiencies these folks have. So save some time for yourself.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Previous work experience, distributed systems, some javascript questions from older versions of ES which you may not even encounter in day-to-day coding. System design question and they force you to pick GraphQL and how you solve the same problem using GraphQL, they seem to have whole lot of affinity towards GraphQL, CQRS pattern somehow! :D Microservices, microservices, microservices... everywhere. They want you to eat, drink, and breathe microservices and patterns around it, without critically evaluating it.
