Raleigh Medical Group PA interview questions

The interviewer described the job duties and then asked if I felt like I met the qualifications to perform the tasks. I stated that I felt confident I was a candidate they could depend on to meet and exceed their needs. She then asked if I would be willing to work for 2 weeks as a training process in order to make certain I meet their qualifications before they commit to hiring me as an employee. I declined.
