I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rally Health (Pittsburgh, PA) in Oct 2016

      Interview

      1. Applied online and got a response from the recruiter to solve a coding challenge at my own pace, submitted it in 2 weeks. 2. got a quick response from the recruiter they wanted to have a google hangouts interview(equivalent to on-site) 3. set the schedule and then gave 4 interviews, 45 mins each. The engineers were very friendly and smart and helped me while pair coding on an online editor. 4. However, my interviews didn't go as good as I thought and got a rejection email within 4 days.

      Software Engineer New Grad Interview

      19 Feb 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Los Angeles, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Rally Health (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2017

      Interview

applied in december, got response from them at the end of the month regarding a coding challenge. was pretty simple, there were a few things they had not specified, which I let them know in the email I sent to them regarding my submission. recruiter replies to me in january letting me know that they're gonna be reviewing submissions. So I'm thinking aight, I put in a few hours into this, I hope I could've gotten something out of it. 3 weeks go by....no response....so I follow up with them asking what's happening. The recruiter replies to me and says they're still reviewing submissions. Okay, well you did tell me they were being reviewed 3 weeks ago and she did say back then "We will be reviewing submissions this week." meaning they'll be reviewing all of them. I replied to her after her response saying they're still reviewing it asking when I can expect an update. I get an automated email from her saying she's out of the office and will be back on february 8th. It's been almost 2 weeks since February 8th... she definitely has received my email and is ignoring it. Honestly what a garbage of a company having an interview process like this. Read up on other reviews here too and you'll find they've done exactly the same thing. I would advise to NOT apply here under any circumstance as it is not clear when they will get back to you despite some of the false promises they have made initially. based on other reviewer's similar experiences, I would not be surprised if I got an email in 2028 saying "Dear X, We appreciate your interest and unfortunately will not be moving on at this time. We wish you all the luck in your endeavors." tldr; trash company with a trash interview process where I'm not the only one it's happened to. good luck on growing and scaling amigo.

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Rally Health in Sept 2017

      Interview

Initially connected at a recruitment career fair on campus, was given a coding challenge and initial first round with a developer and HR. Submitted my coding challenge within the allotted window of time and waited 2 (!!!) months before they reached out to me and told me that they'd look at my coding challenge this week. They reached out the week after and told me that they didn't get a chance to look at it last week and would instead look at it this week. Rinse and repeat for 4 weeks continuously. After I sent a pretty firm email asking for them to look at my coding interview that week since I had other offers on the table they promptly emailed me back in less than 24 hours with a rejection. Definitely could have saved me 3 months of follow up emails and sent my rejection a bit faster.
