Initial interview came very soon after applying and was a pleasant phone call with HR member. They decided to put my CV & portfolio forward to the larger team. I was then set a design brief, and submitted my project. From that point I received a few emails explaining reasons for delayed response to my project, then I stopped receiving any communication at all. No outcome or feedback.

An initial phone interview with HR, followed by a design project brief... after submitting a project I was told I'd hear back 'asap' for months, to eventually hear nothing at all.
