Interview
The interview was fairly simple. I just pretended like I was very interested in the job. Handed them a resume. They did a on the spot mouth swab drug test. Very short process. Remember to dress professional, smile and be very friendly. They are looking for happy go lucky people to work there. If you can just get them to like you then your hired most likely. Remember to say you have open availability. They don't like schedule restrictions on new employees.
I first got an email to talk to an HR rep on the phone. They asked simple questions about customer service mostly. Then I got an email to go to the actual store for another interview. There I was asked about the job and the responsibilities. Very easy interviews
Asked about how I work with others and handle tasks. Was quite straight forward and brief. Discussed availability and customer service skills, and possibly a background check before a hiring decision is made.
You ask for the hiring manager and you go into the office. You sit down and then they start asking you questions on how would you react to certain situations. It was very easy.
