Good experience and kind of interactive. And 3 round of interview including aptitude test , then HR round 1 and then final round of interview. Lot of energy has beeb used and finally end up with good experience.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ram Jack (Eugene, OR) in Apr 2018

Interview

Phone interview, followed by in person interview. I got the sense that they were desperate and were not interviewing other people. The CEO was charming, but you could tell that they were under-staffed and that the interim Director of Ops was over burdened and not supported.
