Fairly informal 45 minute interview. The manager asked a series of questions relating to how I would deal with specific scenarios, often related to dissatisfied guest. I was asked how past work experience taught me certain lessons that I could apply in the context of working the front desk. I was also asked about whether I had long term plans to remain in the hospitality industry.

Very friendly and thorough. The manager was kind and made it feel like conversation more or less. The let you know that they are willing to train you even if you do not have as much experience in the field. Customer service experience is more than enough.

great and easy going process. I was very surprised by how understanding and easy going management was when it came for the interview, they make you feel comfortable enough to understand the job easier
