It all depends on management. Sometimes it has 3 rounds, sometimes 2 and sometimes they just take you . Interview is just a formality. No matter how you perform, depending on your academic credentials including which university you graduated from , they'll tick you off. They'll have waiting list too.. it's all scripted!
