I applied online and had a phone interview and then a second round interview in person. Both interviews were mainly behavioral. The second round interview was four hours long and included a technical presentation to consultants in the air quality practice and lunch.

The interview process was very straightforward, and the company was very responsive. There are about three steps in the interview process. However, the process is a bit longer than in some places.

There was an initial phone pre-screen which took about 30 minutes, they asked basic questions about your 5-year career goals, strengths, weaknesses, etc. The whole process was very informal and laid back.

3 rounds, first a phone screen, relatively easy, just quick background. Then a technical take home. Then an hour and a half long interview where you meet all levels of the team.

Common back ground questions, questions on past experiences, and how the relate to the job, character questions like "how to deal with stress" or "how do you communicate with coworkers" Technical take home: asked to estimate emissions and draft an email to client.
