Ramboll reached out to set an interview after applying through LinkedIn. There was a good discussion back and forth about the needs of the role, Ramboll as a company and my background. The interview lasted an hour, the next steps were clear at the time, and there was a sense of urgency with the interviewer to move things forward. Despite sending a follow-up thank you note and several follow-up emails, there was ZERO communication from both the Ramboll recruiting team and the interviewer. Ramboll could not communicate the most basic hiring process and essentially ghosted me. Please be cautious about investing time in the interview process as their follow-through on the hiring process is absent. In the future, if you've gone in a different direction with the role, hired someone else, or decided not to fill the role, please let people know. They appreciate the prompt responses and honesty.
