The interview process is very casual and laid back. I was not given a list of the people I would be interviewing with, nor their context within the company, which made it difficult to ask appropriate questions.

Interview
I was interviewed by about 5 people in my field, including my direct manager. I sat one on one with each person for thirty to forty five minutes each. The day was long, but everyone made me feel welcomed.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ramboll in July 2015
Interview
Applied cold, got an email scheduling a phone interview a couple weeks later. Had the phone interview, then an interview in Newark. Then had a second interview in Princeton. Got the job offer about a month after my initial phone interview.
