i consists of lots of rounds which involve GD and group activities and finally interview which last for about 20 min each. They mostly test about personality and your enthusiastic skills.

Moderate Process. It is not so hard if you have basic knowledge of Mechanical engineering and Industrial engineering. They concentrate more on 5S & 7QC Tools. You should have basic knowledge of measurement Instruments and have ability to quick decision power. Material Science and Production Technology will be key part of your interview.
