Ramp Health Wellness Coach interview questions

Interview with recruiter (five minute phone interview), phone interview with operational manager, and interview with key contact(s) of client. Interview process is different according to the client that you will be working for. No two people that work for Wellness Coaches has the same job because company has contracts with different clients that are looking for different things.

Very positive and straight forward. Started with a ~20min screening over the phone. I later received an email from the hiring manager and we scheduled an interview at a local coffee shop. Interview was 1 hour long and consisted of a few interview questions but lots of rapport building. You will not get this job if you cannot connect and be sociable, as the job requires you to build quick rapport and get along with people.
