1. Entry 2. Video screening 3. Recruiter call 4. Manager 5. Business case with two managers 6. Director
Got up to the 5th round. They select the managers to interview you at random - it will be a dice roll whether they like you or not. First manager liked me, but the second managers were pretty harsh from start to finish.
Be prepared for objections from the very start of the roleplay - they will not hold your hand and will simulate the rudest, busiest prospect there is. They are looking for people who are able to keep their composure and close the meeting.
Quick process and the hiring team was very helpful and responsive. 5 rounds seemed like a lot but was ultimately very smooth and the business case was very straightforward. Overall I was very happy with how the whole process went.
Started with AI did not feel very personable and felt that there were disadvantages. Cool company, but seems they may not be looking there. Feels like there needs to be a lot to align in order for this to work. Probably a high-intensity environment.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ramp (New York, NY)
Interview
Similar to how everyone described. They care more about vibes and intelligence level instead of focusing on your experiences. Just be personable and come prepared. It is essential to be very well-versed in the product and company.
