I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ramp (San Francisco, CA) in June 2025
Interview
Standard process with a recruiter screen, hiring manager interview, case study and presentation, and then a panel with 4 cross-functional team members. Nice people, conversational interviews, unique questions. Definitely interviewing for culture fit as much as capabilities. Sadly no offer but genuinely enjoyed meeting everyone.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to automate something?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Ramp
Interview
The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. I responded as the role looked interesting. We scheduled a 30 minute phone screen which went well. She asked that I send her my resume. Then nothing. I sent her a thank you and said I was open to feedback but never heard back. The least a company can do is communicate a decision, positive or negative.

Question 1
Tell me about how you approach collaborating with Sales.
Had 3 rounds, recruiter, hiring manager, case study using real data and then presenting that back to the hiring manager and one other person. To be honest, this job screamed fake from the beginning and like other reviews have posted before me, they are probably just using your real insights for their real campaigns and they’re going to take that back to the team to use. I don’t think they have an intention to hire anyone, the positions been open for months. I’d avoid if you have any self respect.
