Interview
The process is long. The process from start to finish was 6 weeks, I had a total of 7 interviews. They start with a recruiter and then proceed from there. They don't want to be rushed with any decision so if you are in a hurry for employment this isn't the place for you. It went very smoothly , the hiring manager I worked with was quick to respond to inquires and kept the process moving. They emphasize that the culture of the company is a big priority and that God is at the center of it, so if those two things make you uncomfortable then apply elsewhere.
It was great! Communication throughout the whole interview process what great and I felt well interviewed for the job. Overall, it was a great experience and I would love to interview with them in the future!

Question 1
What is one mistake you've made in the past? How did you learn from it?
I applied online. I interviewed at Ramsey Solutions (Franklin, TN) in July 2020
Interview
The process is very long and very intentional. The company is very focused on making sure all candidates are truly on board and have a missional mindset. Although it can feel like the interviewing process takes more than enough time, it's best for all involved to lean into that time and ask important questions.

Question 1
How accepting are you of change? Are you willing to be flexible and serve in other areas that are not in your designated role?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Ramsey Solutions (Port Saint Lucie, FL) in July 2019
Interview
As someone who has over 20 years of experience working with people and teams I felt the young girl interviewing me was very inexperienced and fake. She spent the majority of the interview talking instead of asking questions and the couple questions she did ask were based off of her own assumptions. They are missing the mark on hiring some great people because of the inexperienced/judgmental recruiters they have in those positions. It's a shame, but based on some of these other reviews I think I dodged a bullet on this one.

Question 1
Assuming she knew my strengths and what I was good at she literally said "I'm picking up on some of your strengths, but what are your weaknesses?" And in hindsight I realized she didn't really understand my strengths because she didn't give me the time of day to even explain them to her.
