Interview
I was pursued, had a great first interview and was offered to go to the next stage. I was required to submit a case study and did so according to their guidelines. However, I received a rejection email after with no explanation.
Multi-interview that involves flying to the office & having a dinner with your spouse the manager's spouse for everyone to get to know each other families. Another interview step was to have an offer extended and review the budget to ensure it falls into the Ramsey Solutions plan.
