The first red flag is I never applied to this company . I received a call saying they received my application via indeed . I checked the jobs I applied to on indeed and didn’t see this one . At the interviews there was about 25 + people waiting and it took 30-35 minutes to be called to the back . The interviewer did not even have my resume in front of him or ask any past job history . He just talked to me about what I like to do for fun . He advised this is a sales & marketing position but wouldn’t give job description details as I asked . He said they are looking for people to start a manger in training position and felt I was a good fit . He asked me to come back for a 2nd interview ( they have a 3 round interview process) I didn’t feel like I was getting enough clarity about what they do so I won’t waste my time . I read the reviews on here & was thankful to see this was comission only because that is also a big no no for me .
