I was interviewed in chennai and the Interviewer was much inprofessional and with an attitude wo does not want to hire a recruiter with good recruitment skills. He asked me about the skills to source a ".net" Profile and I answered to his questions. He updated to the higher oficials that my skills weren't good. This need to be rectified and the interview should be recorded in such instance where the interviewer himself lack on skills. The interviewer from nungambakkam branch in chennai had an attitude and I put forward this incident to higher management and they scheduled an interview this Saturday. But the reputation of the brand ranstad is lost.

Good mix of technical and personal questions. The interviewers really took their getting to know me and my how my skill set would align with the position as well as personality wise with my team.

Recruiter screen was like any other normal but for the Screen with Hiring Manager, expection was to add 10 new candidates to the pool everyday which was close to impossible given they only require sponsorship independent candidates
