I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Randstad US (Alpharetta, GA) in Oct 2019
Interview
What a process only to get completely ghosted! Not what I would expect from such a reputable and large company. I did a phone screen with the recruiter, assessments (IQ & Personality), an in-person and then a role play. The role play is what was not fair because I was not given the information prior to prepare as I told I would receive. They gave me 30 seconds to figure it out and then jump into it.
Recruiter was super nice and helpful walking me through the process. In the end I was completely ghosted. Nada! Nothing! I took off time from work and my work day to go through the process they least I could get was a rejection. I gave up after not hearing anything after a followup and weeks of waiting.
Not sure what they are looking for as a former colleague of mine just started working there and lacks the education requirements and background they claimed they wanted.
No thank you!
Two interviews one virtual one with manager on site. I was asked about my previous experience and why interested in staffing. I was told about the standards of the position but not in depth regarding metrics, kpis, or performance requirements.
Interview process was for an interview to review experience and knowledge pertaining to the job and company with the interviewers. Well coordinated and easy to answer questions. Very well put together and great
I had someone reach out on linked in and I had 1 interview over the phone and another in person - interviews were basic and pretty easy. They asked about my experience with recruiting.
