I was notified by a recruiter on LinkedIn that I fit the qualifications for a position with Rollins in Atlanta. The recruiter set up a screen interview to assess the fit. On the day of our call, she asked about my previous experience in similar roles and what I felt qualified me to tackle the requirements of the position.
