The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Randstad US in Feb 2009
Interview
The recruiter was pleasant. The job that I interviewed for seemed to be a good fit with my experience and background. I was told that they client was very interested in me, however with the economic downturn they would not be hiring after all. The recruiter encouraged me to call back in a month or so to see if there were any other available positions. I did call, but there were no positions.

Question 1
Why do you think you would be a good fit for this position?
I applied online. I interviewed at Randstad US (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2017
Interview
They pretty much send you an email and go over your resume and talk about positions they have open for. It is a pretty straight forward process, but landing a long term or full time job is pretty challenging.

Question 1
Your background, and why you are interested in that position.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Randstad US (Alexandria, VA) in May 2013
Interview
Easy in person and phone interviews to determine placement. Hiring managers were kind and professional. They helped place me within a week and brought positions that were in line with my experience. I hoped for opportunities with more room for promotion but that wasn't always the case. I've been able to go back to Randstad in between jobs and have referred others to work with the staffing agency.
