Since I have worked with the company for 3 1/2 years, my interview was very casual. I got hired more based on my knowledge than my academics. IE. I had worked with vendor management for 2 1/2 years and in my current role as a payroll specialist I am focused in payment processing for the MSP division. I was just asked related questions on my expertise in my previous department and what qualifications and knowledge I can bring to the payroll team.
