When I applied I was contacted by a Randstad manager and was asked a few questions about availability and she told me the date of my interview, which she moved up at least two weeks, because I said I could go to the earliest one. That interview was 2 days away. Prior to the interview, there's a basic office assessment you are required to take online at home. If you've touched a Windows XP Computer before, it should be no issue whatsoever. The interview process consisted of about 20 of us waiting for 20 minutes downstairs for a proctor to come and let us into the conference room. In the room, they went over the policies of Aon-Hewitt and what to expect when we work there. At the end they passed out a folder and told us what documents we were missing and also, what we needed to sign and then sent us home.There wasn't anything really interviewed for, they basically gave us an orientation that lasted about 2 hours.
