Initially I had a phone interview with a recruiter. After some light getting to know you and explaining the job responsibilities, I was referred to the next step. The next step was a video call with a Staffing Team Leader for a more formal interview and to get information about the team I would be working with. After the video call, when the Team Leader passed on their approval of my character and responses, I had a video interview with the Staffing Director. The staffing director asked similar questions to the Staffing Team Lead.
Two interviews one virtual one with manager on site. I was asked about my previous experience and why interested in staffing. I was told about the standards of the position but not in depth regarding metrics, kpis, or performance requirements.
Interview process was for an interview to review experience and knowledge pertaining to the job and company with the interviewers. Well coordinated and easy to answer questions. Very well put together and great
