Raney's interview questions

Two lengthy interviews two weeks apart, plus the initial phone interview. The first face to face interview went well. The second interview was bad from the beginning because the girl who set it up told me 10:30 but scheduled it for 10:00 making me appear late. The two guys that interviewed me acted like it was a formality and they had already found who they were looking for. I’m not sure why they wasted my time. The job pays $10 an hour but they really think they are a very important group of people. If you are thinking of working here just don’t.

It is a very long interview process, but they are very friendly. There are four interviews, the first being a phone interview, then you will meet with the HR department (two employees), then the General Manager and the leader of supervisor of the department for which you are applying, lastly, you will meet with two associates at Starbucks. I would describe the interviews as very informal and unlike any interview I have done before, for example the interviewer will throw in questions that will catch you off guard. In addition, they give you tests, such as a typing test and a test in which you are to respond to example customer emails.
