1. Face-to-face interview mainly involved general discussion about the position, introduction of the candidate. Few financial reporting related questions were asked by the CFO. They also discussed salary during this stage. 2. Written exam covered general bookkeeping & accounting knowledge . 3. Top management asked about the past experiences & reason for switching the job. Few tax & accounting standards related questions were asked by the team.
