Phone screening, 20 minutes with two different team members. Asked a lot of fun questions looking for general vibe fit I think. Went into a bit of work history, but nothing too in depth.

It was less a process than it was a series of tests. First they had me submit some writing samples. Then they had me do a series of assignments that the ended up using on their site. After that, it was like they ghosted me. I finally reached out and they said "yeah, no thanks." I have tons of experience and a trail of great performance evaluations. Personally I think the whole thing was just a big troll for content. They seemed disingenuous and you should beware of doing free work for them in an attempt to get a job that apparently has high turnover anyway.
