Had a phone screen, 3 in person meetings and then a day working at their office. They made me wait over 6 weeks for the work day and then gave me a coding challenge to "make an improved search engine". They gave me data from a sample database and from what they described the finished product could have easily taken weeks to be coded properly. They only gave me about 6 hours. There was poor communication throughout the process and it took me a lot of persistence to get straight answers from them and was juggled between responses from different employees. At some points they acted as if I had the job and others they were not very clear of the intentions. They seem like a very promising and driven company but the hiring process leaves much to be desired.
