I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Rao's Bakery (Spring, TX) in July 2014
Interview
The owner asked how my day was, spoke about how the store (supposedly) ran, and then asked when I could start. There really wasn't much more to it than that. They asked the normal question of availability and how much you wanted to work. They asked for a preferred rate of pay, and then told you how much they thought you were worth.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Rao's Bakery (Cypress, TX) in June 2013
Interview

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Rao's Bakery (Beaumont, TX) in Apr 2012
Interview
General interview questions, usually with a manger. I was hired same day as soon as the interview was over. They may have been desperate for people back then though. The manager at the time was extremely nice. You could tell she really cared about her team, and always treated us with respect.
