Interview
The interview process began with a Group Discussion (GD) round to assess communication and teamwork skills. Candidates who performed well were shortlisted for the aptitude test, which mainly focused on C++ programming, logical reasoning, and problem-solving questions. The process was systematic and aimed to filter candidates based on both technical and soft skills.
The aptitude round includes one coding question, followed by a group discussion. Next is a technical HR round focusing on OOPs, DBMS, and SQL, and finally, the main HR interview.
