The interview process lasted for about 2-3 weeks. I applied online and got a mail for the initial phone screen. After waiting 1 week for the interview, the HR cancelled on the interview just 10 minutes before the call. The HR rescheduled the interview then for next week, the call lasted exactly for 6 minutes(2 Questions). It was funny how I waited for the interview for weeks and it was just 6 minutes and how the HR's at Ratepay are so talented that they can judge a candidate in 6 minutes with just two questions. After the interview I anyway did not feel like working or continuing my application in the organisation. Job well done HR!
