Interview
Interview was done on the phone and they just ask you if you know basic video production like the difference between a HDMI and VGA cable.
Because it was over the phone, I thought it was a scam, but when I received the flight ticket and hotel reservations, then I knew it was real.
TAD PGS does their hiring and Rick Martinez is amazing. He's on top of things and takes great care of you.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Ravenswood Solutions (Fremont, CA) in Aug 2018
Interview
Heavy consensus up front with two phone interviews. Then in-person with whoever is available. Like many companies they set an expectation that they want to move forward, then you hear nothing with even meeting the hiring manager. If they don't pick you, they just don't call/email you back. I suspect they want someone younger.
Interview questions [1]

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Ravenswood Solutions (Edinburgh, IN) in July 2016
Interview
I applied to the job posted on Craigslist, and received a phone call the following day. They notified and scheduled me for a mass interview process occurring the next day. We sat in a room of roughly 20 people, coming and going, and waited for 2-3 hours before I got a 5-minute interview with a representative. They called soon afterwards to notify me of the job offer, and I started working the following week.
