I had a screening call with HR and then a detailed F2F meeting/interview with the CEO.
The discussion was excellent where he clearly described where the company is at and where they would want to be in the near future and how I could best utilise my skills to bring in mutual value.
I have been to a fair few interviews and I must say that this is really rare, the norm is to check if you fit into the box/job description/role etc. I think this was the highlight of my whole interview experience.
I was given some time to think about my decision and I replied in the affirmative, there was a few background/document check through references, payslips etc after which an offer letter was sent out to me.
Overall it was an EXCELLENT onboarding experience.
