It begins by an online application after which if the applicant is accepted he/she is set to an in-company interview. At the venue (Raya HQ), on the day of the interview, a group interview is done with around four interviewees by two interviewers. At the beginning they asked to introduce oneself and then to introduce each other to the recruiters. a bit after, an interviewer tells the applicant about the result, performance through the interview and the probability of fitting in the applied position. If applicable, an assessment is performed to the applicant.
