excellent experience interviewing here, very swift! initial intro call with head of design to final interview with co-founder was a little over 2 weeks.
everyone I met and spoke with was lovely. good product and growth, accompanied by lots of exciting plans. it was also refreshing that there was no long take-home design task, which made me feel that they're respectful of candidates' time.
I particularly appreciated being notified of the offer through a call. was also touched when the co-founder gave me a congratulatory call! I'm very excited to join the team and can't wait to start soon

Interview
Very long interview process followed by withdrawn offer.
I went through a six stage interview process over the course of a month. Throughout the process I invested a significant amount of time preparing, completing interviews and engaging with the team. I learned a lot about the role and the company and genuinely pictured myself working there.
Following the final interview, I was delighted to receive and accept an offer. However, after asking a few standard clarification questions regarding the contract, the offer was withdrawn within 48 hours with very little explanation.
It’s disappointing to invest so much time in a lengthy interview process only to have an accepted offer rescinded so abruptly. Candidates deserve transparency and professionalism, particularly after progressing through multiple stages.
Hopefully this is something the company reflects on and improves for future candidates.
