To get hired as a 1099 employee at a branch of Raymond James financial you just need to find a Branch Manager in your area who wants to add an employee. If you generate less than $250,000 in production beware because they really don't want the hassle of small producers. But, they will take you on and charge you rent, salaries, and hope to get your book when you leave.
