I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Raymond James Financial in June 2024
Interview
I recently participated in a interview with Raymond James, and it was an incredibly insightful experience. The interview was heavily focused on behavioral questions, which really helped me reflect on my past experiences and how they align with the company’s values.
The interviewer asked me a variety of questions, such as how I handled difficult clients, my approach to analyzing data, and instances where I went above and beyond for a customer. Using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure my answers was particularly helpful in providing clear and concise examples.
One of the most valuable aspects of the mock interview was the opportunity for self-reflection. I was able to identify my strengths and areas for improvement, which gave me a better understanding of how I can grow professionally. Additionally, having the chance to ask questions about the position and the company made the interview feel like a two-way conversation, ensuring that both parties were a good fit for each other.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Raymond James Financial (Memphis, TN) in July 2025
Interview
It was a great interview process. One of the interviews started late due to someone not showing up, but I still enjoyed my time. Pretty straight forward questions, very average.
