I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Raytheon (Tucson, AZ) in Apr 2026
Interview
The first half of the interview was the interviewers explaining to me with slides about the position and the other half was me explaining my resume and them asking me behavioral questions as well as asking about my past projects.
Maybe I was a rare exception but it was 80% or more technical questions and around 20% behavorial. Mainly asking about different filter and amplifier topolgies you learn during sophomore year. Nothing too difficult. Didn’t discuss resume even once.

If you had a technical disagreement with a coworker that refuses to budge, what would you do?
