Raytheon Leadership Development Program (LDP) interview questions

You will complete an HireVue interview after a phone call screening. The questions are basic. You will then get invited to a SuperDay where you get a case study and present it, while the other 30 minutes are for questions of RTX LDP’s that are super quiet and hard to get information out of. Be ready for the Interviewers to ask questions in depth. Also be ready for this process to take a long time, waiting around 2-3 weeks per movement. I have heard if you don’t get the role, the just send a cold email.
