I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Reach Companies (Bloomington, MN) in July 2017
Interview
Was kept waiting. Interview with Jon and his daughter. Jon was eating during the interview and very unprofessional.
I should have known not to work here when I asked "what are the benefits?" and was told the "benefits would be beneficial, we are looking to not spend a lot and get the best results".
The actual benefits: for full time employees, you don't get PTO till you have been there a YEAR, no sick time, to separate vacation hours, 6 paid days of holiday, insurance after a YEAR and 401k. I've never worked anywhere that made full time employees wait a year before getting benefits.
The CEO has lost his way and is letting his fiancé with zero experience run things as the "director of marketing". This woman has no experience and no business running things.
They are looking into turning the business into a MLM platform.
No over sight, no HR department, the warehouse is not OSHA compliant in any way. They sell perishable product that is almost 13 years old. If you ever find a "Got Milk Straw" yes, those are that old and still being put into stores.
Many people who have worked there for YEARS have NEVER received a raise of any kind.
This place is an unhealthy, un-managed, horrible place to work.
RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!
