Reach Partners interview questions

The interview was very smooth. He asked a few questions, I answered and within 15 mins I had the job. I have never been through an interview like this. It was really great. I'm going to continue with my research but right now everything looks good.

I applied on LinkedIn and they reached out to me to schedule an interview. I then had a quick phone call with the company and was scheduled for a second interview the same day. While being scheduled, I was told I'd hear back on the next steps on Monday (the interview was on a Friday). I never heard anything back after this point despite a follow-up later the next week. This was over 2 weeks ago.
