I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Readify in Feb 2015
Interview
- Applied online through Readify website
- Did the knock knock web service challenge and scored 88.
- Moved to the next stage which is a Skype interview with a lead consultant.
- The interview took almost 1 hour and a half. In the first part, the interviewer introduced himself and then he allowed me to talk through my experience and the projects I worked on.
- Then he started to ask questions, which were somehow relevant to the skills I mentioned in my CV.
- The questions were around OOP principles, MVC, data integration design patterns, database related questions (normalization, indexes, etc...)
- The questions were fairly simple and basic. If you're prepared, you should be able to answer them all.
- Then we moved to the live debugging test. The interviewer sent me c# code which contained some bugs, and I had to fix the maximum number of bugs in the allocated time frame (25 minutes).
- Unfortunately I couldn't answer some of the questions and didn't do well in the debugging test.
