      Anonymous interview candidate
      Singapore
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reading Room (Singapore)

      Interview

First round interview with HR was great. Think i scored on the logic test as well. Therafter, lots of follow ups on the status before getting to 2nd round and after that following up numerous times without reply till a long while later, when I already took up another offer

      Interview

A thorough but really great interview process. I had to do some tests and then have an interview including preparing a presentation. The whole process was done efficiently and with great communication.

      Project Manager Interview

      30 Aug 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reading Room (London, England) in July 2015

      Interview

I found an advert online and sent in my CV. I recieved a rapid reply via email and was asked my medium-term career goals, how Reading Room could realise those goals, what I could bring to Reading Room, salary expectations, and notice period. I was also asked to submit another copy of my CV. After a few back and forth emails a date was set for an interview. Dress code was casual. I turned up 10 minutes early but wasn't seen for another 20 minutes after that. The HR rep was friendly enough and brought me to a room where loads of people could see in and put on a big "we have a fun office culture" show by playing ping pong during office hours. I was given a logic test that was probably older than me, tatty and scribbled on and in no way a real test of your intelligence, nor had any relevance to the job I was interviewing for. Then the hiring manager came in and had a ten minute chat with me about me and my career goals. Nothing in depth. Nothing very original. He was quite stand offish but not altogether unfriendly. It's been three months and I'm still waiting for my travel reimbursement (approx £300, which I was promised would be in my account a week after the interview. I then got told that I missed the cut off date for reimbursement and it wouldn't be paid in until September, even though I had not been informed of any cut off date or the fact it was going to be treated as an invoice) and my feedback despite continued prodding. Would not recommend.
