Reading Town interview questions

Applied on indeed and got notified within a couple days. Hired on spot. Easy process and their hours are mainly after school sessions. During the summer they do have summer camp tutoring to work in.

I was asked to sit in the waiting area. I got asked only a few short questions. Then the interviewer asked me to take an English test, which took me about 10 minutes. After she said she would let me know if they were interested by the end of the week. Instead I was notified that they wished to hire me a week and a half later, and expected me to start training the day after they hired me.
