Very strange interview, I was made to wait and finally a prepotent man literally had a chat with me at the door while he smoked a cigarette... didn't seem serious at all. Place looked messy and stressful to work in. The offer was quite bad for an adobe expert, low salary, non competitive position and no real room to grow. I could tell the atmosphere wasn't good for work and also haven't seen a lot of women presence. I decided not to move forward with the offer.
